Every attempt is made to have all items in stock; however, all items are subject to prior sale.In the event this happens before we can adjust our web inventory, we will notify you immediately and advise you of expected ship date. Refund of your payment at your option. If the item is a one of a kind, we will refund your payment immediately.
Instock items are normally shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
We do not add handling fees. We charge the actual shipping costs.

International Shipments:
Custom fees/charges are the responsibility of the buyer.Delivery is out of our control once a package has been given to the carrier. The U.S. Post Office and UPS provide estimated delivery times.
Remember these times are estimates and not guarantees. Recent international shipments have exceeded time estimates.
Custom forms will be marked "Merchandise" and the "Value" will be stated as the final selling price. It is illegal to make exceptions, please do not ask.
Packages that are refused by the buyer will only be refunded upon receipt at our store. Shipping fees are not refundable and a restocking fee will be assessed.
Damages & Shortages:
Damages & shortages must be reported to Huckleberry's Saddle & Tack within 72 hours.Notify the delivering carrier of damage immediately.
