We want you to be satisfied. You may return any item(s) for any reason. Please call us if you have any questions.
Return items will be accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Item(s) must be returned in original, new unused condition in original packaging. Items exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value will be credited for the full amount of original purchase.
Item(s) purchased through EBay or Huckleberry's website must have a return authorization (RA) number(call 936.931.2255). Item(s) returned due to an error on the part of Huckleberry's Saddle & Tack, defective or damaged, the full amount including shipping & freight will be credited. Item(s) returned for any other reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee & buyer pays shipping freight both ways. The amount of refund for online purchases will be refunded within 10 days of receipt of item(s) in the same manner as original purchase payment.
Refunds for sale items will be issued as store credit.
Item(s) purchased as Used are non refundable.
Special/Custom order & Layaway deposits are non refundable.
