Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied. You may return any eligible item(s) for any reason. Please call us if you have any questions.Return items will be accepted within 15 days of purchase with original receipt. Item(s) must be returned in original, new unused condition in original packaging. Items exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value will be credited for the full amount of original purchase less shipping.
Item(s) purchased through EBay or Huckleberry's website must have a return authorization (RA) number. Item(s) returned due to an error on the part of Huckleberry's Saddle & Tack, defective or damaged, the full amount including shipping & freight will be credited.
Item(s) returned for any other reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee & buyer pays shipping/freight both ways. The amount of refund for online purchases will be refunded within 10 days of receipt of item(s) in the same manner as original purchase payment.
Refunds for sale items may be issued as store credit at our descretion.
Clearance items are non refundable.
Item(s) purchased as Used are non refundable.
Special order & Layaway deposits are non refundable. If eligible, deposits may be transferred to another item of equal or greater value. Custom forms will be marked "Merchandise" and the "Value" will be stated as the final selling price. It is illegal to make exceptions, please Damages & Shortages: Damages & shortages must be reported to Huckleberry's Saddle & Tack within 72 hours.
Notify the delivering carrier of damage immediately.
Sorry - Custom made items are non refundable.
Shipping:
Every attempt is made to have all items in stock; however, all items are subject to prior sale.
In the event this happens before we can adjust our web inventory, we will notify you immediately and advise you of expected ship date. Refund of your payment at your option. If the item is a one of a kind, we will refund your payment immediately.
Instock items are normally shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
We do not add handling fees. We charge the actual shipping costs.
We ship UPS Standard Ground (1-3 business day delivery) or USPS(United States Postal Service)Priority Mail

International Shipments:
Custom fees/charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery is out of our control once a package has been given to the carrier. The U.S. Post Office and UPS provide estimated delivery
times.
Remember these times are estimates and not guarantees. Recent international shipments have exceeded time estimates.
